Since our many of our items are personalized, we are UNABLE TO ISSUE REFUNDS for digital or physical products. Replacement of products for shipped merchandise claimed as not received are subject to our investigation, which may include postal-service notification. We will adjust your account at our discretion. We will replace products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship once adequate proof can be given that the product has not been used. Any fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will be corrected after proof of the incorrect item(s) has been provided.
